He was spotted alone outside, looking very unkempt and in need of attention. 📍 Location: 141 Pennypacker Dr Willingboro NJ 📅 Spotted: Today, August 29 If this is your dog, or if you recognize him, please reach out. Please notify your local police and local shelters. They can send out AnimalControl to help the dog and capture it. Perhaps you can lure the dog over to you with food. If you already have the door contained, please still contact those two, those are where owners will be calling and looking, and they might not be on social media.
