Young dog, less than a year old possibly. Intact. Wired black hair. Was wearing flea collar when found.

Young male, intact puppy, possibly under a year old. Looks like he may have been lost for a while as he appears to have mild mange and is very thin. Wire haired all black with the exception of a white mark on his chest and some white on one paw. Playful and curious.
