Thank you for sharing this information, I was going to inbox it to the person. Yes, there is some sort of task force if you will. They concentrate specifically on people who steal peoples pets. A good friend of mine had her cane Corso, drugged and stolen. They found her in Texas! Continues they stole her and took her to a Dog Farm for breeding
