Put his open cage outside and post fliers in your neighborhood on all major intersections, supermarkets, pet stores and veterinary offices. Post on Parrotalert.com, 911Parrotalert.com, Nextdoor.com, ring.com and in Margate Neighbors, Margate Florida Residents, Margate Florida Residents, Margate, FL Residents & Friends, Coral Springs-Parkland-Coconut Creek-Margate-Community Forum, Lost and Found Birds of Florida, Florida Lost and Found Birds and Parrots, FLORIDA LOST AND FOUND BIRDS PARROTS, Lost and Found PETS of SE Florida - Broward, Dade & Palm Beach County's and Lost Pets of Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Contact Margate Animal Control and report him lost. I live in the area and will keep an eye out for Bluey. I hope you find him soon! https://www.911parrotalert.com/resources/tips/ https://www.pawboost.com/blog/how-to-recognize-and-avoid-the-lost-pet-scam/?utm_source=Pinterest&utm_medium=organic

Posted on Lost and Found birds of the US. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16k3RnXWct/?mibextid=wwXIfr We are so sorry to hear your bird is missing. Here are some ideas to assist in your search. *Create a post on Pawboost, NextDoor & Ring, if you haven’t already. *During the daytime: use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to broadcast flock calls or your voice, shake treat bags or anything that might attract attention to food, put the cage out where it can be seen. *During the evening when searching is over, design & print off flyers with photo & contact information. These can be encased in a ziplock to keep weatherproof & posted in areas where allowed like parks, poles & any nearby gathering areas. Also drop off some at vet clinics, pet supply stores, anything within a 5 mile radius. Contact local shelters/rescues & even the police dept - they do pick up found/stray pets all the time. Make sure the world knows - neighbors esp ones that have bird feeders/baths/pools. Hand them out while searching the area. Join every local social media group there is. Run an ad in your local newspaper - some run one for free in lost & found (or cheap). Also check with local bird watcher groups - they’re always out & about. Flyers cannot be placed in mailboxes. *PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS & FILE A MISSING PET REPORT*
