Be sure to contact the chip company and tell them that he's missing (and that he's missing away from home). Also make sure your contact info is up-to-date on their website. Put up flyers everywhere as many people aren't on social media. Give flyers to every vet clinic, rescue, and shelter in the area in case he turns up. Walk the neighborhood in the wee hours with a flashlight and look for glowing eyes. Call him in a regular voice (not panicked) and gently shake a treat bag if he likes that kind of stuff. Put his beds/ blankets and some of your dirty clothes on the porches and around the perimeter of the yard. Good luck ❤️
