I found Tulip (written on her cone) wandering the streets in the my neighborhood with a cone around her head. It was a busy time of night and I was afraid she’d get hit by a car. She seemed very timid when I get her out of the street but once I brought her she became super friendly with me and my other dogs. I’m hoping whoever lost her finds this post and knows she’s safe and I’m ready to help reunite them.
