Siamese cat with a brown spot on its back, as seen in photo. Looks about 2/3rd old. Seems to be friendly with cats, as it is friendly with mine.

This cat has been moaning sadly around my neighborhood very loudly for the past month. I have not been able to get a live trap. It keeps coming around my hse because of my Cat, mostly at night. Possibly could be Mogley. I have emailed mogley’s owner twice but no response.
