Can you coax down to the ground with seed/millet so that it can be captured? Would be best to use fishing/butterfly net but can improvise. If it's becoming a frequent visitor and stays in area, you can set up a simple trap that has proven effective catching budgies in the past. You would have to remove feeders nearby and isolate food source under trap. It also has to be monitored, as it drops when you pull string. A number of budgies have been rescued this way. This budgie would be forever grateful as it will surely perish otherwise.
