Message from Owner

Stella is a very sweet & extremely shy lil girl. Besides lounging in sunshine or bringing in the occasional feather or dragonfly; she spends most of her time inside.😀 She was born in our home & loves caring for her 2 brothers- frequently grooming them.❤️ Sadly, Stellas Mom ( “Minnie”) recently went missing; now Stella. Our family is just crushed! (including Stellas 2 brothers😿)

Please file of missing cat report with Virginia Beach animal control. If the cat is chipped, make sure the chip registry has your current contact information. Check the Virginia Beach shelter several times a week. Print flyers with your cat picture and your contact information and take around to your neighbors asking them to call you if they see your cat. Also ask them if they’ve been in their shed outbuilding or garage since your cat went missing. Cats go in those places to feel safe. Once the door is closed, the cat can’t get out and you can’t hear the cat crying until you’re standing right next to the structure. Indoor cats normally don’t strain more than 5 to 7 houses from their own. After 10 PM tonight go out on your yard with a bag of kitty treats and your flashlight, calling your cat as you walk around shaking the kitty treats bag. Print flyers with your cat picture and your contact information and take around to your neighbors. Ask them to call you if they see your cat. Look under porches, decks, and under houses with an open crawlspace.
