Description

🌟 Missing Cat - $500 Reward 🌟 Dear Neighbors, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help in finding my beloved cat, Onyx. He is a solid grey cat and has been missing since Friday, May 15. The last sighting of him was near Florida & Strand in Neptune Beach, beachside. Onyx is not just a pet; he’s a cherished member of my family. If you or anyone you know may have seen him or even taken him in, I urge you to reach out. I’m offering a $500 reward for his safe return—no questions asked. I genuinely believe that someone may have unknowingly taken him in, and I would be forever grateful if you could help bring him home. Please contact me at if you have any information or can help. Even sharing this post can make a difference! Thank you for your kindness and support. ❤️

Melinda Honaker I had not read this before I made my post. It has many of same ideas & they are excellent. Pets can &will smell for home and you.

Put blanket or sheet outside your house to catch your scent & carry it on breeze. Most bedding has heavy scent but any clothing with scent of favorite people will be good. Put out something everyday. They can smell quite a distance Not sure how long scent stays but I would think more is better especially if far away. Could be anywhere if someone picked him up. I once drove route I hoped my pet was on & I put clothing/bedding in trunk with some hanging out on each side (don’t obstruct license plate etc) & tshirt closed in driver side backseat window but not heavy flapping, don’t obstruct view of your mirror. Just drive looping safe 1/2 to 1 mile route from & to your home over & over the same safe short route. Not a maze of streets. Drive with your windows open. You want kitty to follow the scent you’re leaving to find safe way home. Have someone else driving maze of streets looking but keep his favorite people strong scent to a single safer route, they have great sense of smell. If you have other pet at home that they love each other, put that pet or cat bed or stuffed toy in car with you in crate or securely hooked by harness to seat belt and take with you on special single route. That way when your kitty gets friendly familiar scent from breeze, kitty will navigate towards that route to get home. Good luck finding your kitty.
