Shelly Epley He's on our back porch and has food and shelter with a ceiling fan. So he's OK for the moment.

Oh maybe if you sit on the ground and offer it some rotisserie chicken or something? Hopefully it’ll warm up to you so it can have some shelter since it looks like it’s getting ready to come up a storm. If you could get it to come to you and get a leash on it, you could take it to the emergency vet and they could scan it to see if it has a chip or they could get the info from the collar. Then they would get in touch with the owners . I found a dog on sixth Street and did that and they contacted the owners. But it appears someone needs to verify that the owners care about the dog and want to keep it if it’s an issue with it “ accidentally escaping !”

This dog wandered into our backyard today. We'd seen him wandering the neighborhood and our neighbor posted this photo. We have him contained for now but I don't think he'll stay if he can dig under the fence. He's very skittish. He does have some kind of collar on but we can't get close enough to see if there is a tag.
