If someone tries to reclaim the dog, make sure it’s not the man you took him from and make sure that whoever claims him has proof of ownership, pictures, etc. You can also also check Multnomah County animal services Lost and Found. You can also take him to Multnomah County animal shelter and if you do, please tell them the circumstances. Thank you for taking him from the abuser.
