Vanessa Rosete you can foster her if you want. If you cannot keep her for much longer, just take her to the shelter, because that’s where her owners will look for her

Natalia Catarina thanks so much for the helpful information. She is not microchipped and if we report to database will they take her ? Or are we able to foster her for the meantime? This breed needs special handling and I want to make sure she’s in good hands

Are you able to take the dog to a shelter or vet to get him scanned for microchip? (It’s free, no appt necessary). If microchipped, the staff will call the phone number registered to the chip. Report to the shelter that you found him, so he will be on its database: https://www.laanimalservices.com/i-found-a-pet
