Message from Owner

Beef was relocated to the area after being semi-feral. Over the last two years my husband and I have basically made him our pet, earning his trust and taking care of him. He got scared and sprinted away. He’s originally from ixonia Wisconsin so he doesn’t know this area at all. He’s shy but loves a good belly rub and treats and is just the sweetest kitty.

Put water bowl out 24/7. Get this on Nextdoor asap. Register to all Lost sites. Put posters up by you and further out at major cross streets. Register with your county shelter. Check in person. Ask neighbors to look in sheds and garages, under bushes and decks. Try calling and shaking a treat bag. Look for red eyes at night with a flashlight. Try a live trap. I use one during daylight hours. And bring in each night so as not to attract wildlife. Bait with stinky tuna. Place trap by a door you can monitor frequently. It can take days and even weeks sometimes but I hope your kitty comes back fast on her own. Good luck and don’t give up!

Put is litter box out for scent. Crack open garage door and put his food, water and bed inside to attract him. GET A humane trap> look and call in the area last seen> have neighbors check ring cam> make flyers with picture to put up in area> give to vet offices< shelters< police< animal control> i hope he is back home soon> keep him indoors to be safe> i think chipping the ear is cruel and send a bad message about the cat> hope he is back safe soon
