Lynne Watson DeMay thanks. Strangely, there are two numbers. One answered when Animal Friends called. They said, they were fostering the dog temporarily. I had them ask where they lived? It's not Fostering in the real sense. She called me and I told her that I would need adoption paperwork and Vet records. I haven't heard back from them. They didn't even bother to look for the dog. I told her I have had him for five hours two hours ago. She hasn't called back. The dog warden is going to be involved. The information was given but they closed at 4. I can call tomorrow to see if they can look up the Rabies tag number. He doesn't have a license
