Jody Firneno yep. He did, but you all are on the driver's ass when none of you were present to know how the dog was behaving when he shot it. If over got a dog coming at me aggressively. I'm shooting first and asking questions later. The ultimate responsibility falls on the dog owner for not keeping their dog secured in its own yard.

Where did you get that? He told police he shot the dog and is cooperating with them. Why would he tell them that he did if he didn’t?
