I live close to the area and will definitely keep an eye out! Does she like anything in particular that she may answer to like shiny toys or jingly bells?

Keep redoing the posters as they really work and hopefully that nasty person who is ripping them down will stop soon! Use strong tape so they can't do it as easily and if possible laminate them or put them in plastic covers to make it more difficult! I'm an admin for a lost cat group and we find they really work!

Well you're doing everything possible so that's good, just keep doing it and maybe leave the windows open as soon as it's warm enough and you're home to keep an eye on things. Make sure to watch the trap every couple of hours too in case she goes in. Good luck!
