Put her bedding outside on your porch along with unwaunwashed clothing to draw her back. Check in person all dog rooms at the shelter. Dont just call.

Tell your dad to go look at all the dogs in the local shelter daily ..do not just call up there because the staff sees a ton of dogs and can't always remember all of them , and they are too busy to look at the dogs for you. . good luck
