NO! That dog is NOT TAKEN CARE OF! Do you have all his vaccination and medical records. Is he chipped with your information? I’m sorry that Dog needs to go to a home that will take care of him, pay for his grooming, pay for his vet, bills, no matter what is wrong with him!

It sounds like he gets along with his future brother already! Some dogs love having another dog to play with and learn from. This could be this case.

Jessica, I hope you can keep him. I highly recommend you do not give him back to who owned him before. Apparently they don’t get him groomed and I’m sure they don’t keep up on his vaccinations and vet visits!
