All black with a blue collar, quite young, very gentle and friendly.

Found this lil guy huddled under a power box outside. He was nice enough to let us pet him and pick him up so we moved him to a more secure place. Sadly he has no tag and this is a place of work sohe will likely be under the care of Portsmouth Animal Control.
