Rosa Violette I saw that! We never received any call whatsoever. We found out she was missing this morning because our gate didn’t lock and she escaped through the little opening. We’ve contacted them directly but no response yet. Thank you for the comment, Rosa! Any help is appreciated. 🙏

Rosa Violette we are also confused with what this means. We didn't get any call, but perhaps there was some issue with the chip company information because moony was my late sister's dog who we just moved to El Paso six months ago. We look forward to getting our family dog back home because she's very old and easily frightened
