Looks like a black cat but in the sun it is very dark brown and has a white patch on its chest

I reported this cat missing before on the 11th of July and I hadn't seen it till yesterday which was the 29th of July the cat was very hungry again and it still seemed very nervous it let my brother and Mom stroke it for a little bit but then got very angry and hissed at them I really want to find the owner of this beautiful cat if not my mum has said that she wants to try and gain its trust and then I think eventually bring it in the hse and have it as our pet cat
