Jennie M Merrill the collar is black with white cat pows and she also had round hanging pink tag saying " outdoor cat I live near by please leave me alone"

Kat Urbaniak I can't tell but I think the collar is like pinkish she runs away is I come too close she seems ok.it's fur kind of covers the collar I can't tell is there is a tag she comes by every day or so.

Is it he or She? Is the coller black and if so does have cat pows on it, also is there a tag hanging on their coller

I have given it food and water he comes here at different times and I can't get the collar off he runs if I get to close . If anybody wants to try to cage the kitty you may I have health issues and really have no way to get the kitty checked for a chip

Collar needs to come off. He could choke to death if it comes hooked on something.

Can you give it any food or water? Here are a couple ways to get it checked for a chip. The Animal Emergency Clinic, 7145 Spring Creek, is open 24/7 can scan for a chip. They are located across Perryville and just down from Franchesco’s. 815-229-7791. Please call before heading over there as they might be busy with emergencies and not able to do a scan right away. Or, email info@wecareforpets.org which is the best way to reach CARE for PETS. They have volunteers who can come to your house and scan a pet to see if there is a chip and try to get the owner’s information from the chip company.
