Probably still close by hiding. Cats usually stay in 17 house distance. Try searching your cat with some smelly tuna with you and using attractive sounds on"Paw Guide: Find Lost Cat & Dog" app. Check bushes under cars up trees. Also do it at night with flashlight. Look for shining eyes.

It helps to share with the follow FB groups if you are reporting a lost or found animal. I can be shared from your post and will get a much wider audience range. Many pets are already found and reported to these groups. I'm not saying not to post to your original FB groups, but they are limited in audience.
