Jessica Rivera get the dog checked for a chip! It’s illegal to give someone’s dog away!? She may be chipped and if so, her owner can be contacted and she can be returned to her owner! She’s scared …You would expect the same from someone who found your pet if he ever ran off or got loose by mistake! Please do the right thing and bring her to the nearest shelter and surrender her!

Jessica Rivera Were you able to check the doggie for a chip? There are resources and no organizations contracted with shelter so pup can be absolutely safe while allowing more time to find owner

🚨🚨I helped post this dog as a courtesy for the finder and she initially agreed to it . She is now rehoming the dog and would not update if dog was checked for chip . She blocked communication and was very disrespectful despite offering help . If this is your dog , please contact finder Jessica Rivera directly - see screenshot. Cecy Jaimes Sabrina Basquez

can you get dog scanned for chip at any vet or police station. cacc Chicago animal care and control 2741 s Western ave is open 3-630p for stray intake must show a state ID. the eariler you go the better bc if line gets too long they will cut off line. if an owner come forward, ask for proof of ownership and pics. sometimes police can transport dogs to cacc as long as manpower allows
