I believe that dog was abandoned there. I live nearby and spotted him 2 days ago. I called animal control but the officer was unable to capture because he ran into the gated community. The dog has been under that tree was 3 days now. Usually when a dog is dumped it stays in the spot. I also reached out to 2 rescues but as we know this town has an overwhelming amount of stray/ abandoned dogs.Read More
