8/28/23 Kanawha Co. Witcher Creek/Belle. Missing from area flooding. Black & tan shepherd mixed breed. Tan face/ears (can look white) w/ ears that stick out like Yoda. Black on back coat. Medium size, short legs, stocky. Approx. 50 pounds. Has trouble w/ hips/back legs, can look stiff or like a waddle. May have been mistaken for a stray.
