Darcy Monroe It is dangerous. If there is not to exits. The cat could get trapped. Maybe you could try a worn piece of clothing.

Dudek Ann Donna thank you very much for educating me on that because I did not know when I tried googling. “Why do people say you shouldn’t leave the litter box out?” And I couldn’t find anything besides people saying to leave it out so your cat can smell it, but they said that your cat could probably only smell it up to a few hundred feet away… I have a cat carrier, so I was thinking about leaving that outside instead??

Darcy Monroe because it can attract predators that would be dangerous to the Some people leave it out but it is taking a chance to harm their cat if the cat comes close back to the litter.

Jeanne Eddy so happy to hear such GREAT news 🥰 When I leave my house I make sure I back my body out of my house and watch the cats to make sure they don't escape. When I go to my garage from my house I do not open the garage door until I know the house door is secured. When I return, I do not open the house door until the garage door is all the way down since I've heard so many horror stories of cats escaping this way this works very well to do what I have been doing to help avoid escapes. I hope your baby decides to never try escape again. I love hearing such great news as yours 🥰
