Kyo is such a friendly cat that he found a way to way to slip past the pigeon netting on our patio to make new friends but we haven't seen him for days. We are all worried sick about him. We just want our fur baby back home safe and sound.

Checking neighbors backyard properties is crucial. (Neighbors will not check as thoroughly as you will, or at all, so ask them if you can check) Indoor cats will hide quickly after getting outside. Check under bushes and remember, when afraid, they won’t respond to you calling them. Someone in my area had their cat get out and she found him 3 and a half weeks later only 4 houses away hiding in a backyard under patio furniture. The only reason he was detected was because the lady who lived there happened to look out her window and see him under the table in the backyard and recalled seeing the lost cat notice on our community FB page. -put out (unwashed) cat bed/blankets/your clothes that smell of home -put up posters in your area- important-not everyone is on facebook + if someone sees your cat but cannot find your lost cat post -leave trails of vacuum contents leading to your home -leave a basement window or garage door open enough they can get in.

Look between 1 am and 6 am, Most indoor cats can be found when all is quiet during those times Gently call her name shaking treats Bring a flashlight Research all possible tips on how to find an indoor cat

Sit outside in the wee hours of the morning when the city is quiet you'll most likely spot your cat they don't usually go far from the place they left and curiosity will bring her out when things quiet down
