If he is chipped - call the company that he is registered with and let them know he is missing. Most with flag his number so when the chip is scanned it will alert the Vet or PD to hold dog till you are contacted.

TheRetrievers.org are a great resource. Check cameras & ring doorbells. Search places he might be stuck/hiding.. window wells, garages, under decks, sheds, bushes, water, construction, culverts. Post on Lost Dogs Minnesota
