Go to the animal shelters at least every other day as they only have to keep her 5 days if she has no identification. I know she's microchipped that there have been times when microchips were not found when scanned as they can move through the body. So just to be safe go in person! You can check photos of intakes from the Lexington County and Columbia Animal Shelter on 24petconnect.com. As was said above also check with Pets Inc and Final Victory Rescue as people sometimes take found dogs there.

Be sure to look near water as a dog's instinct tells them they must have it to live. Check any ponds, lakes, creeks, ditches, and even swimming pools nearby

Get your Flyers up right away, that can be handwritten to get them up quickly, just the word LOST, a short description and your phone number. You can go back and put up printed ones later if she's not found. Put them out farther than you think she would go, I found a little Yorkie in front of my house that had run 4 miles on his tiny legs.
