Janie Drummond I can't believe they advised you to release them back outside. What's wrong with them?

Good for you. Thank you for taking care of the pups. Don't listen to the crap that people can and will put on Facebook or Nextdoor. you are amazing and a wonderful caring human being.

Thank you so much for your comments. All three animals are resting comfortably after a bath. They are getting lots of love. We did call the delray police and the Humane Society and they said that we had to wait until 7 o’clock Tuesday morning so that they could be examined for chips. They said the only thing they could advise us is to release them back outside. That was not gonna happen. As I said, they are all three resting comfortably inside. I loved your ideas about the poster and the mailman. I will put something out so that anyone who goes to the mailboxes will see it. I will also talk to the mailman. Thank you! Just FYI, I have five rescues of my own so I will not let just anyone take these dogs!

~~~Give a copy of the picture with information to the mailman in the area… They encounter many people & situation… Put a sign with information & picture in your front yard if you can & @ stop signs… Someone may have him thinking he was abandoned… Someone may have a camera that captured something… Always get your animal microchipped, it gives a better chance of being reunited… If the dog is microchipped, call the company ASAP … Report you animal missing to your local dog pound… PetCo has free software that uses photo recognition to match your photo to photos from rescues and shelters. Shared with many prayers
By law...you MUST report finding dogs to the police... You should then call animal Care and control.. when people lose animals they need to call both the police and animal Care and control.. posting animals like this on the Internet is wonderful except you must also do the legal thing or you could literally be held liable for this.. and whoever says they own the dogs they must have proof of ownership...
