Brown dog, appears to have recently been nursing, different colored eyes, no collar

I cited this dog at around 6:55 a.m. at the entrance to New Floresta from Potomac. I tried to slowly approach, but the dog parked and ran further into the neighborhood. I am heading to my daughter's school, so I could not stay and pursue. I did alert non-emergency authorities in case they can help in any way, and shared with my neighborhood.

Just saw her on the golf course she walked out in the middle of jog Road on the opposite side of Saint Andrews school on the golf course
