Mary Xander well in this situation your theory is wrong 100% wrong . I understand some in the world some might do this but not me. My dog is like a child to me . Not many can say they put a fence up for their dog. In this situation he has had a bath and has freedom of the yard that’s why he didn’t have his collar on. I am going to look into fixing him if this helps him not run Or limit it

A lot of people just get rid of their animals no matter if they're laying them out I'm just saying it's being honest I'm finding a lot of dogs and wandering around with no tags because dogs cost money meaning so if somebody mistreates your dog or does something wrong I can't afford a debt they get charged and go to jail for dogs think about it or they can't afford them
