Call out, shake treats, and retrace your path back home to help geolocate. Contact local vets and local Petsmart incase someone brings in to check for chip. Fliers too. Prayers Up!

There are rescue workers across the valley working the lost dog cases right now from the 4th of July runaways. It's the busiest day of the year and it leads on for weeks!!!!! Many pets will be put to sleep at the County shelter because owners don't find them in time. It's the owner's responsibility to put clear information in their post so that rescue volunteers can help you find your own pet. The valley is 10,000 square miles. That's worse than a needle and a haystack. For this reason you need to put in the VERY 1ST LINE A reward (if it's urgent to you that you find your dog safely. ) Then the major cross streets and your city. NOT YOUR LITTLE SIDE NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS. AFTER THAT YOU PUT YOUR INFO ON YOUR DOG. Then your contact information which is hopefully a phone number because if your dog is running in the street about to get hit by a car you don't want to get an email the next morning. 😕

Next door AND Neighbors by ring (you don't need the ring camera for this app- it's not the Ring app) These #1 way to reach people in the immediate vicinity. And most likely the owners or the person that found your dog. Dogs are usually within 1 to 3 mi of their home. If you are an owner looking for your pet you also should be on these two apps. IMMEDIATELY! Most people that find a pet post them on their first! You need to be on BOTH!! THEY HAVE A 75% RETURN RATE. NOTHING ELSE IS THAT HIGH. FOR QUICK RESULTS POST THREE TIMES A DAY OR EVERY 4 HOURS. AND ALSO MAJOR IMPORTANT COMMENT EVERY 20 TO 30 MINUTES ON YOUR POST FOR A DAY OR TWO.

If you haven’t done so already, please post on Nextdoor for your surrounding neighborhoods. Put up flyers everywhere and file a lost report on the petcolove.org website. Check all the shelters. If not found soon, contact the azHARTT.org for help. Fill out their online request form and they will contact you. Their amazing, well trained volunteers will do everything possible to help you find her. Shared.
