Is she possibly whining because she's injured? I hope the other post with the dog is the owner and they're reunited soon!

I ran into a *lost* cat like that a couple of months ago. He ignored the food. He just wanted somebody to pet him. And after a few minutes he decided to eat, but he would eat a few bite bites and then run back to me for pets. Then to the food, then pets. He lives here now as a neighborhood cat… it’s complicated but I can’t let him in though we are working on it. But he eats well and has a heated house and gets daily love and the friendship of a couple of other neighborhood cats.

I know and I can only send a message through Pawboost. They don't have a phone number or email. I feel so bad because I can't bring her in. She seems to be missing home. I left my phone number in an email..hopefully they see it soon
