He is in a police car right now as of 6:15 on Sunday (6/28). Check with the spca in Algiers. A police officer was caring for him and I decided to also take pics to post him. He had food and water under the English turn bridge by Sullen and Tullis. If not the spca, he may still be hanging out under the bridge. He doesn’t seem like he’s going far.
