I am posting on behalf of the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria about a bird that was found as a stray and is currently in their care. Splash/A083833 (given by the AWLA) is a small, parakeet who is blue and yellow (with a purple beak). They were found near Franconia Commons Drive and Franconia Road in Alexandria, VA. Splash/A083833 is a stray animal and we are trying to find their hme; they are NOT available for adoption.
