I have asked but the weirdest part that Richmond branch is the only one that changes crazy amount to release your pet.. and I have asked the only branch and shelter and it's only 100 and then 17 per day after that

avocado is at the BC SPCA (BCSPCA) the Richmond branch they are over changing me and they know I'm one on a fixed income because I'm a student and its 420.68 and only have 170 to my name. due to because it's the being of the month. all my bills just got paid. I have been losing sleep, can not focus on my school work.
