I found this cat tonight meowing loudly at me from under a car. He let me get close enough to pet in under a minute. I’ve got him contained tonight because I don’t want him to get hurt outside. He looks similar to another cat I found recently in the same area. It’s not part of the feral colony that is near us (according to my neighbor who feeds them), who said they got the cat unstuck from under someone’s hood today.
