All black dog, looks like it had a fluffy tail, seemed friendly and was chasing the ducks and vultures in that area

I saw this dog Saturday morning, I didn't get the chance to post it here on paws until now. It was right by the Lake and I was worried as it had crossed the street by chasing the vultures and cars sometimes pass by that area fast! I assume it was lost as it did not look malnourished or anything of that nature. I hope it is safe as I couldn't help because I already had a dog walking with me. If this dog is yours and it is back safe, let me know so I can take this down, I hope neighbors nearby have a lookout and help it if need be🙏🏼
