This cat has been coming around for a while and its fur is matted and is skinny. We give it food when we see it, usually late at night. She may have been lost out here for quite some time... text me before you call because I get a lot of spam. Thank you

You can also try to contact Arizona Animal Welfare League they may be able to assist you in getting the cat rescued and off the street, hopefully until the owners are found.
