She’s a gray cat with multiple colors kind of fading into one and her name is fade. She is spayed. She has a tattoo on her belly. She does have a little saggy pooch. She is very friendly has never been outside. It’s always been curious of the outside world.

Please be on the lookout. My daughter‘s cat went missing on June 23. She’s always been curious of the outside world but also scared of being outside. She is very friendly good with Kids. She’ll let you do anything to her. We rescued her when she was kitten. She was a runt of the litter.

If you haven’t done so already make sure to inform neighbors so they can check their garages/sheds/yards/patios etc. Knock on the hood of cars before starting (cats often hide in engine bay). Put up signs in the area with the word “reward” (don’t need to specify the amount and it can be small). Make sure to go out looking at various times in the night…often cats not used to the outdoors will hide during the day and explore more once it’s calmer. Go out at times like 10:30pm, 12am, 2am, 4am etc shaking a treat bag, tapping canned food and calling their name. You could also set up a humane trap and bait it with smelly canned food. Make sure to check the trap every 20-30 mins so you don’t leave your cat (or anything else) unattended and vulnerable for too long. You can usually buy these traps at Tractor Supply stores (may be the cheapest), Home Depot, academy or borrow one from a shelter (usually requires a deposit) such as BARC. Some shelters also have lost pet forms you can fill out online but shelters should also be scanning for a chip when they receive an animal I hope you find your kitty quickly and safely!
