Corey Scott cat is at animal control now to give the owner a chance to claim. there is a 5 day period for the owner to claim, then they adopt out the cat i believe. it was very sweet and i would love to adopt but i don’t know if i am able to yet.

Wanted to share these tips if you have found a pet. Always require proof of ownership. Do not take their word for it as there are some who take them to resell or worse yet as bait for dog fights. So always require proof of ownership. Another social media is Craigslist. Check and post under their community section of lost and found area. Their are some people like the elderly who choose not to be on facebook. Others are taking a break from facebook. Also any lost/found pets websites for your area. Also if there is a rabie tag they can also check those records. Does your area have any 24/7 vet clinics?
