He looked gray at first due to dirt, but after a bath he is black with a white chest patch.

He seems to be young 6-11 months maybe. He is very sweet, seems to listen for a puppy, he’s not shy, and very loving. He was out there all alone. He is a little skinny but not too bad, but was clearly very hungry and thirsty.
