2 dogs one is a husky and the other is possibly a shepherd mix

They have been wandering around westside dr/ westside ct together and seem pretty skinny and we are on day 4 of them being spotted ive given them access to food and water, however they are a bit skittish so i haven’t been able to leash them and get them to a clinic and scanned for a chip. They are not aggressive at all just scared and need to get home.
