Cat is definitely someone’s as it’s well fed, clean teeth, clean ears, friendly towards men, etc. By Friday he’ll be at a shelter as we cannot keep him.

Thank you so much for taking the kitty in. Can you take the kitty (in a carrier) to the vet to see if it’s microchipped? If it’s not, can you check Broward Animal Care to see if anyone posted as lost. If anyone claims to be owner, tell them you need proof (pictures, vets bills, etc). If you can’t find the owner and need to find it a home, please only go through a rescue. If you can foster it through a rescue, they will make sure any potential adopters are screened and good for the kitty and don’t have bad intentions. Here are some rescues you can call:

Please work with a rescue and don’t just give to anyone. There are nasty people who would harm kitty. Thank you for caring.
