Small light brown, looks to be a terrier with fuzzy fur, with collar, I think it's red.

He plays with my German Shepherd in the yard, but shies away from me when he gets close. He's very friendly, loves to chase my dog, and even barks for him when we go inside. I've whistled for him, called out puppy, buddy, etc. and he just won't come to me. I've put out water for him, and will put out food when we see him again. He's short and when he's stretched out jumping on my dog, he doesn't even reach my dog's hips.
