Description

She is very patchy and very dirty and dehydrated I’m not sure how long she was outside for.

Message from Finder

She is a very sweet and kind dog and is very very friendly. I don’t understand why someone will leave her outside or treat her in this terrible condition but I really hope I can find her the help she needs.
