Gwen Hannas yes he is but it really doesn't look like it used to years ago. Kinda looks like he's not but the HUMAINE SOCIETY did it last May..

Definitely looks like Kirby!! He may have crawled in a vehicle underneath and got a ride to your area? If that's him he would definitely come running up to me or Patricia and his sister MOLLY
